Ballantrae Apartments

Ballantrae Apartments is an 11-building, 314-unit property spread across 19.5 heavily wooded acres in Eagan. Heavily amenitized with an indoor pool, outdoor pool, playground, dog park, and a rooftop amenity deck with the only outdoor grill station in the City of Eagan, this has been a core asset for Sentinel for decades. 110 new units were added in 2021 and 2022.

Rivergate Apartments

This trophy high-rise in the Gateway District of downtown has provided high-quality living to the City’s working population for nearly 45 years.

Eleven Condominiums

Luigi Bernardi spearheaded the development of this 118-unit condo project in the desirable Gold Medal Park neighborhood. This 41-story tower adds an impressive icon to the Minneapolis skyline.

Velo Apartments

Sentinel co-developed this 101-unit mixed-use project in 2014 in the early days of the North Loop revitalization, showing the foresight and intuition that has informed its investment approach for decades.

The Abbey Apartments

This multi-award-winning historic redevelopment of a 19th century mansion added 124 new Class A apartment homes to the Loring Park neighborhood. Developed with the art and history of the community in mind, this project thoughtfully combines the old and the new in a fresh way.

Nico East

Opened in 2020, this 147-unit development along Nicollet Ave provides stunning downtown views and high-end finishes.

Nico West

Phase II of our redevelopment along the Nicollet Corridor, this 129-unit project opened in 2022 and provides classy finishes that complement its sister property across the street.

Two Twelve Medical Center

Our team developed the Two Twelve Medical Center in 2011. It is a 172,000 square foot ambulatory hospital that operated by Ridgeview Medical, and it serves Chaska and the southwest metro area of the Twin Cities.

Aurora on France Senior Living

This 245,000 square foot senior living and long-term care facility was developed by our team in 2013 and is leased to and operated by Edina Senior Living (Ebenezer). It is located on France Avenue and is connected by skyway to the Fairview Southdale Hospital.

Centennial Lakes Medical Center

This 100,000+ square foot medical office building was purchased in 2007. Tenancy consists of Allina and numerous smaller dental and doctor groups and a surgery center. It is the second large medical facility that our team owns on France Avenue.

Advocate-Aurora Germantown Health Centers

These medical facilities totaling over 90,000 square feet are located in Germantown, WI and are leased to Aurora-Advocate Health Care under a long-term lease arrangement. The buildings contain an ambulatory surgery center and medical office building that serves the northwest suburbs of Milwaukee.

TRIA Orthopedics Center

This state-of-the art 100,000+ square foot orthopedic facility is leased by HealthPartners doing business as Tria Orthopedic Center.

Chaska Commons

Our team developed this 155,000 square foot retail center in phases over the 1990s. It is anchored by Cub Foods and consists of various long-term retailers and restaurants.

Aurora Village

Our team developed this 120,000 square foot retail center in the 1990s. It is located near Highway 35W in Burnsville and is anchored by L.A Fitness.

Robert Street Shopping Center

This 47,000 square foot retail center was developed in 1990 by our team and was rebuilt to accommodate its anchor tenant, LA Fitness, in 2015.

Apple Valley Retail Center

This building is located on the major Cedar Ave corridor in Apple Valley and consists of Starbucks and Sleep Number.

Shoppes at Estelle

Recently completed, this building currently houses the upscale Roche Bobois furniture store. It is located across the street from Southdale Center in Edina, MN.

Sentinel Headquarters

Sentinel’s headquarters has been in this 20,000 square foot corporate center on Edina Industrial Boulevard since the early 1990’s. Sentinel has owned and operated out of three different office buildings in this immediate neighborhood, which is where the company completed its first developments.

River Parkway Place

This 81,000 luxe office building in Gold Medal Park was purchased in 2018. The excess surface lot was used as a development site for the Eleven Condo building.

Cremation Society of Minnesota

Recently acquired, this 10,000 square foot building on the prime corner of France Ave and Hazelton Road is a potential redevelopment site.

Wells Fargo & Park Nicollet - Golden Valley

Recently closed in June, 2023, this 18,000 square foot Wells Fargo and 14,000 square foot Park Nicollet clinic are being redeveloped into a 4,500 square foot Wells Fargo and 303-unit multifamily project as part of a larger mixed-use development.

Fifth Street Towers, LaSalle Plaza, World Trade Center (St. Paul)

Sentinel invested for decades in several premier office buildings in the Twin Cities, including Fifth Street Towers, LaSalle Plaza, World Trade Center in St. Paul, and others. We sold our final stake in downtown office towers in 2022.
